1. About us

ampove.com is operated by AMPOVE LTD, company number 17522790, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 2084, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, England, WV6 0SR. Email: contact@ampove.com. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Our products

We are an online retailer of consumer technology and accessories. We use third-party suppliers and international warehouses to fulfil orders. We take care to describe products accurately; colours may vary on screen and specifications are approximate. We will not knowingly misdescribe a product's characteristics, safety or compatibility. References to third-party brands describe compatibility only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

3. Availability and prices

• Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order after you pay, we tell you and refund in full.
• Prices and currency are shown at checkout, with VAT included for UK customers where it applies. Delivery charges and any taxes are shown before you pay. We do not add undisclosed mandatory charges after you order.
• Where we show a reduced price, the higher price is one at which the product was genuinely sold.
• If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error before we accept your order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund you.

4. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer. Our order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order before then, for example for stock or pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through third-party payment providers, whose terms apply. You must be authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card details.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise we will deliver within 30 days of the contract. The goods are at your risk once delivered to you, and become yours when we receive full payment. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated time you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.

7. Cancelling, returns and refunds

See our Refund and Returns Policy. UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery and rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed. We give 30 days to change your mind.

8. Product safety

Use products according to their instructions and safety warnings. Stop using any product that is damaged, overheating, swollen or unsafe and contact contact@ampove.com. 

9. Our responsibility to you

• We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, defective products, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
• For UK consumers, nothing here removes your statutory rights that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. For US customers, nothing removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
• If we breach these terms we are responsible for foreseeable loss. We sell for personal use only and are not liable for business losses.
• We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control, but this never removes a duty to refund, replace or remedy where the law requires.

10. Website use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, scrape it without permission, submit false or fraudulent orders or misuse it. We may take reasonable steps to protect the site and customers.

11. Intellectual property

Original content, our name and logo belong to AMPOVE LTD or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal use only. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Third-party services

We use third parties for ecommerce, payments, fulfilment, delivery and analytics, and may link to other websites. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Using them does not remove our responsibility to you under your purchase contract.

14. Complaints

Email contact@ampove.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to reply fully within 14 days. If we cannot settle a complaint, we will tell you in writing whether we are willing to use an alternative dispute resolution provider.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order, and changes do not remove rights that have already arisen.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer laws. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the United States you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your state.
