  • email, analytics, advertising and customer-support tools we actually use;
  • professional advisers, regulators and law enforcement where the law requires or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Some advertising or analytics tools may count as "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices.

5. International transfers

Our suppliers and warehouses, and some service providers, are located outside the UK and may be in countries the UK does not treat as offering equivalent data protection. Where UK law requires, we protect transfers using safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or rely on the transfer being necessary to carry out your order. Email contact@ampove.com for information about the safeguards for a particular transfer.

We use essential cookies (basket, checkout, security), which do not need consent, and analytics and advertising cookies, which we use only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through Your Privacy Choices or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

8. Marketing

You can object to direct marketing at any time. These rights are not absolute in every case, and we may need to verify your identity. We reply within one month, free of charge. Email contact@ampove.com with the subject "Privacy Request".

11. US residents

Depending on your state and whether the law applies to our business, you may have rights to access, correct and delete your data, to portability, and to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Submit a request at contact@ampove.com; if we deny it and the law gives a right to appeal, we will explain how. We treat browser Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request where the law requires. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, and our platform uses encryption. No system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to risk your rights, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
